With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in guiding ideas from initial napkin sketches through the entire development process to the final product. His mastery of traditional artistic skills and hand renderings, digital tools, concept art, and fabrication experience allow him to give tangible form to his team’s vision. Ray believes that kindness, faith, and empathy are the keys to successful leadership & collaboration.
Ray has worked for and with companies such as Whole Foods Market, Walt Disney World Co., PGAV Destinations, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Busch Gardens, Hershey Park, Herschend Family Entertainment, Georgia Aquarium, Sesame Workshop, Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum, Pittsburgh Steelers, NASA, and many more! One of Ray's proudest and most accomplished large-scale projects would be Sea World, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Ray wore many hats on this project as a Designer and on-site Art Director.
Additionally, Ray has spent time living abroad in third world countries, sharing and creating art with underprivleged youth and their communities.
