Hailing from northern NY, graduating from Ringling College of Art and Design in 2003, and bouncing between Florida and Maine often; I am a Themed Entertainment Designer with a passion for bringing ideas to life. (Although a lot of the more recent stuff for bigger companies cannot be shared at this time.)  Utilizing traditional illustration techniques, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup; I excel at taking project ideas and flushing out the physical spaces showing how humans would exist in them. Oftentimes, generating points of interest within an attraction idea that the team hasn’t considered. With my background including business I also sketch what types of merchandise would be sold and how the client can increase ROI’s in unique ways. While flushing out the concept and imagery I often make examples of graphic packages that will be used in the final attraction, color boards evoking emotions, and have taken projects to onsite production, build and art direction. I’m not afraid of a hammer… I’ve even spent a week onsite with a master concrete carver to have a better understanding of the entire process, the costs, and limitations of that incredible trade.
