Lamont Brown is a Florida-based Creative Director, Show Director, and Attraction Designer specializing in immersive storytelling and spatial design. As the founder of LBCreatives LLC, he bridges the gap between blue sky conceptualization and operational reality, developing next-generation ride systems, original narrative concepts, and live spectaculars.

A visionary theatrical leader, Lamont recently co-created, arranged, and choreographed the original jazz musical Syncopated Avenue. He also earned BroadwayWorld Regional Awards for Best Direction and Best Choreography for his innovative staging of Aida. His creative approach is actively supported by rigorous project management training, ensuring that highly ambitious narrative concepts are built on a foundation of value engineering and operational feasibility.

Before expanding into attraction design, Lamont spent over a decade executing physical narratives across the globe. An alumnus of the Dance Theatre Conservatory at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, his extensive performance credits include Arena Stage’s Chez Joey, the First National Tours of Funny Girl and Mean Girls, and 42nd Street. Having worked alongside Broadway’s most requested choreographers and directors, he brings a deep, practical understanding of high-capacity staging, performer safety, and audience psychology to his design work.

Lamont is an official Capezio Athlete and an O'Mara Floor Ambassador, continuing to push the boundaries of rhythm, technology, and immersive storytelling in the themed entertainment space.
