In the development of themed attractions and AR/MR experiences, there is a constant tension between the need for rapid visualization and the rigorous technical demands of final production. Many projects lose their creative soul when transitioning from a quick concept sketch to a functional, fabricated, or real-time asset.

My name is Franklin Sterling III, and I am a 3D Artist specializing in bridging this gap. I translate 2D concept drawings into fully realized 3D models, adapting my workflow to meet both high-speed creative deadlines and high-precision production requirements.

Throughout the entire process, from initial block-out to final delivery, I utilize a professional suite of tools including Maya, 3ds Max, Mudbox, Zbrush, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine.

+Creative & Visual Storytelling: Working alongside creative leadership, I build for rapid visual impact by modeling POVs, key art, characters, props, ride vehicles, and spatial studies that secure stakeholder buy-in.

+Functionality & Implementation: When the timeline allows for refinement, I transition into a high-precision workflow. I provide clean, production-ready assets for fabricators, engineers, and AR/MR environments that fulfill each project’s creative vision.

+Motion & Interaction: I model, rig and animate characters, props, and mechanical assets for AR/MR. My focus is on creating responsive, high-fidelity movement that is optimized for hardware performance and seamless user interaction within 3D space.

By balancing artistic intent with technical discipline, I ensure the creative vision survives the journey from a sketch to a physical or digital reality. I provide the visual clarity needed to validate a project and the technical accuracy required for a successful real-world build.
