Cindy thrives on helping others to reach their potential. From supporting colleagues in deepening their skills to helping clients effectively deliver messages, Cindy is a compassionate and empathetic leader and someone you want on your team. Cindy began her career in the non-profit theatre and served 20+ years as a producer and entertainment operational leader with Walt Disney World.

Curiosity-driven and a natural at cultivating connections, Cindy volunteers in her local community and has team led 22+ volunteer teams internationally and in the United States.

Cindy enjoys working periodic events and conventions and has show called for a variety of clients including the NBA, the NFL and Walt Disney Company supporting a Super Bowl Half-Time show, United Airlines, Automattic, AAA, among others.

Cindy holds a part-part time remote role with Charcoal Blue, a renowned theatrical consultancy, as a member of a worldwide team primarily consisting of acoustic engineers.

Cindy earned a BA in Theatre & Drama and a Dual MA in HR Management & Development, both of which have informed her approach to working alongside others and navigating our world; being fully present to the connections we have with people while acknowledging everyone has a story.
