DESCRIPTION:

How do you create a compelling, story-driven immersive experience with limited time, money, and people? This interactive case study breaks down the process of designing a short-term activation with a team of 3 to 5 and a budget under $5,000. From spatial planning and prop sourcing to interactive design and project build-out, you’ll learn how to tell your story successfully, stretch resources, and adapt in real time when things go sideways. You’ll leave with practical tools for aligning story, space, and execution under real-world constraints without losing sight of your story and while supporting your team.
